This Agreement is entered into by MICHAEL GABLER STUDIO, LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company located at 2125 Emerson St, Philadelphia PA 19152 (“MICHAEL GABLER STUDIO” or “Seller”) and the customer identified herein (“Customer,” “you,” or “Buyer”). By authorizing any repair, service, or purchase, Customer agrees to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
